I am going to get a puppy but I am torn between the maltese and havenese. Any one know which is easier to raise with regards to potty training. what about health problems any breed more sturdier healthwise? I have to say I am in love with both breeds. I plan on bu ying from a reputable breeder but why is it every breeder I contact so far require I neuter the puppy.
