- Shipping Info
A shipping & handling charge based on total weight, carrier and destination, will be added to the subtotal of your order. For shipments within the USA, if you don't explicitly request an "Express" mode in the Notes field of the order form (e.g., Overnight, 2nd Day Air, etc.), we will automatically select a mode of shipment that provides the best compromise between speedy delivery and economy. Shipments within the USA should typically arrive in about 5 to 10 business days (unless we notify you otherwise). For shipments outside the USA (i.e., international), we will contact you regarding your delivery options so you can decide on the mode prior to our shipping of your order.
In most cases, we will use the following carriers for shipments within the USA, listed in order of preference and depending on region, exact delivery location and package size/weight:
- Federal Express Ground
- UPS Ground
- USPS Priority Mail
- USPS Parcel Post
Typical modes for international shipments are USPS Air Mail (quicker, more expensive) or Sea Cargo (slower, less expensive)--your choice.

We are committed to protecting your privacy on the Internet, ensuring that your personal information is kept confidential, and providing
web browsing experiences and internet transactions that are safe, secure and worry-free. We promise to adhere to the following principles with respect to your personal information:
- Whenever it is appropriate for us to collect personal information from you, say for example, when you request for us to contact you,
or when you are making a purchase, we will always explicitly ask you for that information. Under no circumstances will we attempt to use any stealthy technique to
obtain any personal information about you.* Our possible use of Cookies on this website is limited to collecting ordered product numbers and quantities for
your shopping basket only. No personal information will be stored in Cookies for this website.
- In the following special circumstances only, we may disclose personal information:
- if required to do so by law or to comply with legal process served on us
- to protect and defend our rights or property
- to protect the personal safety of any person or persons
Otherwise, under no circumstances will we sell, rent, lease, lend or give your personal information to any third party, unless you have specifically and willingly consented
for us to do so and you are not a minor.
Note: your purchase of goods and/or services at our website using your credit card constitutes your consent for us to exchange required information with banking services providers as necessary to approve and process your credit card sales transaction.
- All credit card sales transactions will be communicated securely, using the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) data encryption protocol. The only personal information about you that will be stored
will be that which is required by law for sales and tax records purposes--it will be transferred securely to our private offline encrypted data systems.
*Please note that whenever you browse the Internet, there is some information about your computer, and the Internet domain from which
you are accessing the Internet, that is passed along during the protocol exchange between client computers, Internet gateways and server computers. However,
this information does not immediately identify you personally. Such information is useful to webmasters, assisting them in keeping their websites tuned for technological and demographic trends and for discovering

- Anti-Fraud Credit Security
Card Identification Data (or Card Verification Number) Requirement. In compliance with credit card interchange service rules aimed at preventing credit card fraud in online transactions, we require the valid CID (or CVN) number of a credit card for order processing approval.
A CID (or CVN) number is present on virtually all current major credit cards. The names given for this number by the major credit card issuers are: CVV2 or Card Verification Value (VISA), CVC2 or Card Verification Code (MasterCard), CID or Card Identification Number (American Express and Discover), 4DBC (American Express), and CAV2 or Card Authentication Value, a.k.a. CVN or Card Verification Number (JCB Cards). The locations of the number on common major credit cards are as shown below:
On Diners Club, Discover, JCB, MasterCard & VISA cards, the CID (or CVN) number is a 3 digit number printed unembossed (flat) in reverse italics on the right side of the signature panel on the back of the card (following the final digits of the credit card number).
American Express cards CID numbers are shown below:
On American Express cards, the CID number is a 4 digit number printed unembossed (flat) on the front of the card above the embossed credit card number (never below); it may be located either on the left side or the right side of the card.

- Site Security
All purchase transactions conducted on this website are encrypted using the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. What that means is that whenever you see "https:"
at the beginning of a website URL (address) and some sort of lock or security icon in the status margin area of your web browser window, all data communication between your computer and the website's server computer is encrypted. It is extremely
improbable that anyone other than you and us could decipher the data. Your web browser should enable you to view our SSL Server Certificate details by double-clicking on the browser's lock or security icon mentioned above (or similar menu feature). If your browser fails to establish an encrypted SSL connection to our final ordering Checkout web page,
please see the help topic titled SSL Server Certificate for possible solutions.
SSL encryption and decryption is done automatically behind the scenes by your web browser software and our web server software--the only noticable differences between regular and encrypted connections are the previously mentioned "https:" and security icon indicators
and the fact that SSL website performance is a bit slower because of the added overhead of encryption/decryption processing. Because of this slower performance, most websites reserve SSL use strictly for final no-frills Checkout (order form) web pages where you actually enter your personal data.
No sales records for kellyco.com are stored on the public web server--all order transactions are transferred (again using SSL) to our private offline encrypted data systems.

- SSL Server Certificate
An SSL Server Certificate, issued by a Certificate Authority (CA), is used for purposes of positively identifying a remote server computer (Authentication), and for establishing secure confidential communications (data Encryption) between clients and that server. The CA verifies the identity of an entity and their right to use a business name and domain name on the Internet prior to issuing a certificate for the entity's server.
www.kellyco.com was certified by CompleteSSL.com for issuance of an SSL Server Certificate by the Comodo Class 3 Security Services CA of the Comodo Trust Network, Comodo Limited, whose CA certificate was issued by the GTE CyberTrust Global Root CA of GTE Corporation. Our SSL Server Certificate should be compatible with virtually all current version web browsers. However, there may be some browser versions that need to be updated with the GTE CyberTrust Global Root CA Certificate in order to recognize our SSL server certificate as trusted.
If your browser presents a certificate trust error message when attempting to establish a secure SSL encrypted connection at our final ordering "Checkout" web page, the best solution is to update your web browser software to a current version which should be compatible with, recognize, and interoperate with our SSL server certificate (because it will contain all of the current well known Root CA Certificates). Otherwise, you can install the GTE CyberTrust Global Root CA Certificate as a Trusted Root Certificate Authority, which will enable trust and eliminate the warning.
